**Required Skills/Competencies**:
- Current **Architecture student** (7th semester or higher).
- **Intermediate to advanced English proficiency**, with the ability to interpret general brand manuals and technical datasheets.
- **Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD**, including layouts, architectural drawings, and detailed construction documents.
- Availability to work **Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.**:
- Valid **RFC (Mexican Tax Identification Number)** — **Mandatory**.
- Basic knowledge of **local construction regulations** and **civil construction safety standards**.
- Knowledge of **high-durability material specifications**, such as **Alucobond**, wood panels, and technical cladding systems.




**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze current office space utilization to develop redistribution plans that enhance operational efficiency and optimize building usage.
- Ensure proper review and compliance with corporate brand standards (**Rebranding**) across interior spaces and common areas within the MTC.
- Provide support to ensure contractors utilize materials that meet specified quality standards and comply with approved architectural details.
- Maintain and update architectural drawings (**layouts**) for office spaces, service areas, and exterior areas of the building.
