We are seeking a Medical Billing Specialist with hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare billing to join a structured, fast-paced team focused on accuracy, follow-up, and results.
This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented and consistent professional with experience managing claims, denials, and insurance communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Submit, track, and resolve medical claims (CMS-1500 / UB-04)
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Manage denials, rejections, and appeals
- Post payments and reconcile accounts
- Follow up with U.S. insurance carriers
- Review EOBs and identify discrepancies
- Document all activity in EMR/CRM systems
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- **2-3 years of experience in U.S. medical billing, including submission of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims**:
- **Hands-on experience with claims, EOBs, denials, and appeals**:
- **Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS**:




- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and workflows
- Process-oriented and highly organized
- Persistent in follow-up and case resolution
- Comfortable working with high-volume, repetitive workflows
- Professional communication skills with internal teams and insurance providers
**What We Offer**
- $13,000 MXN net biweekly (paid on the 15th and last day of each month)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
