Required Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
Experience 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment Accountability
English level Advanced English.

Technical Skills
Standard Costs knowledge Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and tax laws where applicable.
Experience with enterprise systems e.g., JDE, MSS V, etc. and data analysis tools is a plus
Experience with MS Office tools with advanced level Excel skills.
Must continuously maintain the highest degree of integrity, customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.

Essential Functions
Process payment of supplier invoices per supplier terms and Company policies.
Maintain supplier reconciliations, assist in resolution of supplier discrepancies, and maintain outstanding customer relations.
Ensure internal documentation PO, Invoice, Receiver is maintained and accurate.
Creation and scanning of daily payment batches nonreceipt and threeway match suppliers and utility bills.

Must work closely with Purchasing, Shipping amp Receiving, and Supply Chain for accurate PO and Receiver documentation.
Create and maintain the monthly expense accrual to support MonthEnd Close.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and operating statements.
Investigate questionable data and take corrective action when necessary.
Fixed asset control locations as needed additions, transfers and dispositions.
Document control for the Mexico assets
SOX selftesting support for Mexico ledgers.
SOX internal audit program.
Support on import expo requirements for finance.
