**HEAD OF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT**

**YOUR TASKS**
- Lead and manage all program activities for assigned product groups, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality targets.
- Take full responsibility for profit & loss (P&L;) and drive profitability of the product portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, quality) across the full product lifecycle.
- Drive project acquisition together with sales and ensure successful execution from award to SOP and beyond.




- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and reliable program delivery.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing complex programs with responsibility for cost, timing, and quality.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit & loss (P&L;) management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage).
