Ceemi Agency Inc is a full service digital marketing agency specializing in helping small businesses increase their online presence. Since our inception in 2018, we have helped over 1,000 small business owners throughout the United States grow their businesses online through web design, SEO, social media marketing, and digital strategy.
We are currently looking for a highly organized and professional Client Success Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organized, solving problems, and learning about digital marketing. The Client Success Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout each project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather client assets such as website content, images, logins, passwords, and project information
- Answer client questions and provide updates on active projects
- Upload and organize content and assets within ClickUp
- Help maintain organization across multiple projects and tasks
- Work closely with internal team members to ensure projects move forward efficiently
- Handle client concerns professionally and calmly
- Learn digital marketing processes and strategies over time to eventually assist with client consultations




**Qualifications**:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using project management systems such as ClickUp or similar platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when dealing with upset clients
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and client management
- Previous customer service, account coordination, or administrative experience is a plus
