**Your Role**
As a **Partner Development Analyst** at Capgemini, you will support Global Systems Integrator Partner (GSIP) sales and partner management teams by driving operational excellence, ensuring pipeline accuracy, and enabling effective collaboration with strategic partners. You will play a key role in partner governance, reporting, deal support, and go-to-market execution, helping teams operate efficiently and at scale.
**Responsibilities & Scope**
- Support partner governance and interlock sessions by preparing materials, insights, and market intelligence
- Maintain partner relationships by identifying key stakeholders and managing partner organizational structures
- Contribute to partner knowledge management by documenting capabilities, offerings, and insights
- Assist in joint go-to-market initiatives, account planning, and execution of partner business reviews
- Support demand generation, deal tracking, and pursuit coordination across stakeholders
- Ensure pipeline accuracy and maintain opportunities in CRM and reporting systems
- Contribute to SOW development and coordinate with legal, operations, and partner teams
- Prepare weekly reports, KPI tracking, and account performance updates
- Leverage tools, including GenAI solutions, to improve efficiency and automation
- Support marketing activities, events, and post-event pipeline follow-ups
