We are looking for a motivated **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to help us generate qualified sales opportunities and grow our client base.
**Role Overview**
The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and booking qualified sales meetings for the founder or account executive. This is a performance-driven role focused on pipeline generation, not closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target U.S.based businesses that use or need remote staff
- Build and manage prospect lists in CRM or spreadsheets
- Qualify leads based on basic criteria (hiring needs,



budget, decision maker access)
- Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline reporting
- Assist in light lead research and list building
- Strong English communication skills (written + verbal)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Self-motivated and disciplined (works independently)
- Experience in sales, SDR, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Based in Mexico or LATAM preferred
- Interest in U.S. business and staffing/HR industry is a plus
**Job Types**: Part-time, Commission
Pay: From $8,600.00 per month
