Support recruitment and selection processes.
Maintain employee files and records.
Assist with training activities.
Update HR databases.
Support company events and activities.
Assist with internal communication.
Follow HR indicators and reports.
Perform other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements

Active student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Intermediate English level.
Microsoft Office skills.
Good communication skills.
Organized and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
