**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide remote, step-by-step technical diagnostic assistance to residential customers over the phone.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across major household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, etc.).
- Deliver outstanding, empathetic, and professional customer service in both **English and Spanish**.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, diagnostic steps, and resolutions in our CRM/ticketing system.
- Follow established company troubleshooting guidelines and technical procedures.
**Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)**:
- **Hands-on Experience**: Proven experience physically repairing residential appliances (Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers,



Ranges/Stoves/Ovens).
- **Language Fluency**: 100% fluent bilingual skills in **English and Spanish** (excellent verbal and written communication is required to assist US-based customers).
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Strong diagnostic ability to identify appliance failures based on customer descriptions.
- **Customer Service Spirit**: Exceptional communication skills, patience, and a friendly phone presence.
- **Home Office Setup**: A quiet workspace, a reliable computer, a headset, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
**Preferred Background (Highly Encouraged to Apply)**:
- Professional appliance repair companies or warranty service providers.
- Authorized service centers (e.g., factory-certified technicians).
- Call centers specializing in technical support or hardware troubleshooting.
- Dispatching, service coordination, or technical assistance roles.
**Nice to Have**:
- Familiarity repairing major brands such as _Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, Electrolux, Maytag, KitchenAid_, etc.
