**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Spanish-Speaking Payroll Lead** with extensive **QuickBooks Online (QBO)** experience to oversee payroll processing for our growing team.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
**Preferred**:
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience processing payroll for U.S.based companies.
- Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee deductions, and payroll reporting.
