Process Engineer - Automation FocusAbout the RoleWe are seeking a **Process Engineer with a strong focus on Industrial Automation** to support manufacturing operations through process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing technology-driven solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational performance.Key Responsibilities- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve manufacturing processes.
- Lead and support automation and process improvement projects.
- Analyze production data and operational KPIs to drive efficiency and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize operations.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Participate in equipment upgrades, new technology implementation, and digitalization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and operational standards.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
- Experience in manufacturing and industrial process environments.
- Experience leading or supporting automation projects.
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, industrial controls, and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- **Advanced English proficiency (required). This position requires regular communication with integral stakeholders.**
Preferred- Experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Omron, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, MES, or digital manufacturing systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Minitab, or advanced data analysis tools.
