**NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representatives Financial Support**
**Schedule**: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday off) and **other day in the week**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Support customers with financial solutions
- Provide empathetic, customer-centric service with a persuasive approach
- Help clients understand options and work toward positive outcomes
You Must Have:
- **C1 English level** - verbal and written
- **At least 6 months of experience in call center customer service**:
- Background in **financial support or debt negotiation** is a **plus**
