Be the first point of contact for our patients and help create a positive, stress-free start to their care journey.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule initial appointments and accommodate patient needs.
- Collect information, process documents, and ensure complete patient records.
- Create and update patient profiles in eClinicalWorks (ECW) with attention to detail.
- Request records upload documents, manage referrals, and follow up to ensure timely care.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in **English and Spanish** with excellent written and verbal communication skills. (required).
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, medical scheduling, call center, or administrative roles preferred.
