We're looking for a **Senior Manager HR Transformation** who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys turning business needs into practical scalable HR technology solutions This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in transforming HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization
What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to gather analyze
- and translate requirements into system solutions
- Lead and support HR transformation initiatives from design through implementation Drive configuration testing documentation




- and process improvements across HR systems Analyze data identify opportunities
- and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption
- Support projects using structured methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in HR Transformation HRIS HR Technology
- or related areas
- Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities Hands-on experience with system configuration testing documentation
- and implementation activities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
- Experience with **SAP SuccessFactors** or similar HR platforms is highly preferred
- Familiarity with **Agile** and/or **Waterfall** methodologies A proactive
- execution-focused mindset with a willingness to dive into the details and drive results
