Key Responsibilities
- Achieve necessary certifications and follow learning paths to ensure ongoing growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors to ensure high-level support.
- Participate in smaller analyst-led projects, learning basic project management tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.
- Learn clinically integrated hospital and physician office workflows (both clinical and business).
- Comply with all written team policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences,
or a related field (relevant education and/or 6+ years’ industry experience).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
