We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized **Travel Program Specialist**to join our LATAM Travel team.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for all LATAM regional travel needs, coordinating complex travel arrangements and providing exceptional support to travelers
- Manage and optimize travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense, troubleshooting and resolving any system-related issues that arise
- Educate employees on expense submission guidelines to improve clarity, ensure compliance, and streamline the reimbursement process
- Interact directly with local and regional travel vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and continuously improve service quality
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and Administration to align travel operations with overall business goals
- Support LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit processes
- Analyze travel data and prepare reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process optimization
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of professional relevant experience in corporate travel and expense management
- Experience acting as the main point of contact for regional travel needs and coordinating complex travel arrangements while providing exceptional traveler support
- Ability to enforce company travel policies using local and regional expertise to guide and educate employees effectively
- Hands-on experience administering travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues




- Knowledge of expense submission guidelines and the ability to educate employees to ensure clarity, compliance, and a streamlined reimbursement process
- Experience managing relationships with local and regional travel vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and continuously improve service quality
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and Administration to align travel operations with overall business goals
- Experience supporting LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit processes
- Analytical skills to review travel data and compile reports that highlight trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process optimization areas
- Excellent written and verbal command of English and Spanish at a B2 level or higher
