**Paul Davis Restoration** is looking for a detail-oriented **Remote Bookkeeping & Accounting Assistant**. to join our remote team. If you have experience with **QuickBooks**, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Enter vendor bills accurately in **QuickBooks**:
- Create and send customer invoices
- Send friendly payment reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with **QuickBooks** (required)
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or invoicing experience preferred
