**JOB PURPOSE**
Ensure compliance with quality standards in processes and products through the implementation and monitoring of controls, problem analysis, and continuous improvement within the automotive operation.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor quality processes and controls.
- Analyze and resolve internal and external quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality and performance indicators.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Follow up on non-conforming products and containment actions.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering,



and Suppliers for continuous improvement initiatives.
**What we’re looking for**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in quality within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Knowledge Required:
- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Automotive quality systems (IATF 16949)
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications
- Quality KPI and reporting management
- Quality audits and non-conforming product management
- Use of measuring instruments
- Other Requirements:
- English Level: Conversational / Business
