Real Estate Cold Caller / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Full-Time | Remote

Pay: $7.00–$8.00 per hour
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week, 80 hours/bi-weekly)
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

About the Role

We're looking for experienced, highly motivated Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) to join our growing real estate team. If you enjoy talking to people, overcoming objections, and setting high-quality appointments, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time remote position for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and committed to delivering results.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM Eastern Time
- 40 hours per week
- Bi-weekly payroll

Compensation
- $7.00–$8.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using our dialing system.
- Follow up with warm and cold leads.
- Build rapport and uncover homeowners' motivations.
- Overcome objections professionally.




- Schedule qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our CRM.
- Attend required team meetings, coaching sessions, and training.

Requirements
- Previous real estate ISA experience is required.
- Experience with outbound cold calling.
- Comfortable speaking with cold and warm leads.
- Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal communication.
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
