Role Description
We're hiring a Contract Freight Sales Representative to join our team in Guadalajara.

In this role, you'll receive qualified leads from our lead generation team and be responsible for contacting prospects, building relationships, understanding their shipping needs, preparing freight quotes, and following up until they become active customers.

Once a customer begins shipping with Match Freight Lines, you'll continue managing and growing that account while earning recurring commissions on every shipment they book.

To help you maximize your time, we have a dedicated Shipment Management Team.



You can choose to manage your customers' shipments yourself or hand them off to our operations team, allowing you to focus on sales, building relationships, and growing your customer portfolio.

Compensation
- Contract position
- 18,000 MXN monthly base salary
- 15% uncapped commission on the gross profit generated by your customer portfolio
- Opportunity to build recurring commission income as your customer portfolio grows, with ongoing earnings as long as your customers continue booking shipments and you keep adding new business

Qualifications
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is required.
- Previous sales experience is required; freight or logistics experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
