The Production Planner is responsible for maintaining materials and purchasing data, coordinating with production departments, managing supplier documentation, and developing schedules for outsourced parts.

Responsibilities
Analyze demand and plan production requirements.
Release and balance order schedules based on line capacity.
Evaluate material pull needs according to warehouse kitting capacity.
Review next‑day feasibility to determine required production lines.
Prepare and deliver the daily committed production schedule report.
Generate summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts using data from multiple sources (BOMs, staffing metrics, PPV metrics, etc.).
Identify and review material shortages before and after the release process.
Prioritize order builds based on OOL, STC,



and customer escalations.

Requirements:
Experience with ERP systems, freight platforms, and export documentation.
Minimum 5 years in shipping, logistics, or customs operations.
