At Startup Chihuahua, we're on a mission to build one of the most dynamic innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems in northern Mexico connecting founders, companies, and talent with programs that help them grow and scale. To keep that momentum going, we're looking for a Programs & Reporting Assistant to join our team. ?

This is an entry-level, full-time position perfect for a recent graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to launch their professional career in the world of innovation programs, project coordination, and event operations.

About the role

You'll support the day-to-day operation of Startup Chihuahua's programs, projects, and events. Your work will help the team keep information organized, follow up on key activities, and prepare clear, actionable reports so that every project moves forward on time. If you love structure, checklists, and seeing things get done, you'll fit right in.

This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who is responsible, curious,



and genuinely interested in learning how innovation programs and events come to life behind the scenes. You'll gain hands-on exposure to project management tools, cross-team collaboration, and the operational side of a growing startup ecosystem.

What you'll do

✅ Organize trackers, databases, and calendars to keep everything running smoothly

✅ Follow up on deadlines, documents, and deliverables

✅ Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

✅ Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events

✅ Manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations

✅ Communicate with teams, companies, and program participants

✅ Learn and work with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, Airtable, and Notion

✅ Produce clear, professional written communication in English
