**Job Title: Asset Finance Functional Consultant**

**Travel Requirement**
**Travel is a mandatory requirement for this position.**
- **First month: Approximately 1 week onsite in one of the client locations in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, or the USA.**:
- **From the second month onward: Approximately 2 weeks onsite per month in one of these countries, depending on project and client requirements.**:
- **Travel expenses, including flights and hotel accommodations, will be reimbursed based on actuals.**
**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for experienced **Asset Finance Functional Consultants** to support long-term technology and business transformation initiatives within the financial services industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, data requirements, and solution recommendations.
- Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and implementation teams.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Analyze business and technology challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Participate in workshops,



requirement-gathering sessions, and client discussions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data, reporting, and system integration requirements.
**Required Experience**
- **1-12 years of relevant professional experience** in Asset Finance, Leasing, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of **Asset Finance and Leasing processes**.
- Experience with **asset lifecycle and residual value management**.
- Knowledge of **asset finance accounting principles**.
- Understanding of **automotive leasing and equipment finance**.
- Knowledge of **hire purchase, loan, and financing structures**.
- Experience with **in-life contract servicing and contract management**.
- Understanding of the **quote-to-contract lifecycle**.
- Experience working with **SQL databases and data structures**.
- Experience with **Crystal Reports** is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- **Spanish and English language proficiency is required.**
