Flex is seeking a Process Engineer based in Guadalajara North to join our manufacturing teams. You will drive process engineering efforts focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements within a high-mix PCB assembly environment.
You will define and implement manufacturing processes, analyze root causes of process failures, support ECOs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cycle times and material choices.
