About the Position
We are hiring experienced **Solar Appointment Setters** for an outbound cold-calling campaign focused on the U.S. residential solar market.
Your primary responsibility will be contacting homeowners, generating interest in solar solutions, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to homeowners using company-provided leads
- Generate interest in residential solar solutions
- Qualify homeowners according to campaign requirements
- Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Build rapport while maintaining control of the conversation
- Accurately document calls, dispositions, and appointment information
- Follow campaign scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
- Conduct follow-up outreach when required
- Meet established appointment, conversion, quality, and attendance goals
- Participate in coaching and ongoing performance improvement sessions
Required Experience
- Previous **Solar Appointment Setting or Solar Cold Calling experience is desire**:
- Minimum 1 year of outbound cold-calling experience
- Experience speaking with U.S. homeowners strongly preferred
- Strong objection-handling and appointment-setting skills
- Experience using CRM and outbound dialing systems
- Strong English communication skills
Experience in roofing, HVAC, windows, home improvement, or similar homeowner-focused campaigns is beneficial, but direct solar experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule & Availability
- This position is intended to transition into a **full-time role**:
- The initial trial/evaluation period will consist of **5 working hours per day**:

- Quiet and dedicated work environment
- Webcam for meetings, training, and the selection process
- Ability to run CRM and dialing software without performance issues
Selection Process Requirements
- Submit **audio recordings** for communication and English proficiency evaluation
- Submit **video recordings** when requested
- For video recordings, no professional setup is necessary; **your face simply needs to be clearly visible while you are speaking**:
- Participate in interviews and/or role-play assessments when requested
