To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Administrator**located in **Guadalajara, North Campus**.
Reporting to the **Program Manager,**Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Administrative support and right hand to the Program Administration Manager for various clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records, journals and information.
- Analyze data to help make critical decisions.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with clients.
- Leads and coordinates projects/activities with Client Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget,



including facilitating cross-departmental work/communication.
- Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client or others.
- May assist in the development and tracking of program metrics.Direct client contact.
**Experience we are looking for to join our team**:
- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree completed.
- Fluent English both oral and written.
- Intermediate Excel.
- ERP (Baan) as a plus.
- Knowledge in shipping and logistics.Knowledge in SMT and Backed processes.
