We are hiring bilingual professionals to assist U.S. customers who are already looking for hotel accommodations. You will understand their travel needs, recommend available options and help them complete their reservations.
No cold calling. Customers contact us directly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist U.S. customers through inbound calls.
- Identify their travel and accommodation needs.
- Recommend hotel options, rates and promotions.
- Answer questions and handle customer objections.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed hotel reservations.
- Provide a great customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- English C1 or native.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with U.S. customers.
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred.




- Available to work on-site in Chihuahua.
Compensation
- USD $4.33 per hour.
- USD $5.41 per hour on Sundays.
- USD $8.66 per hour on holidays.
- Unlimited commissions.
- Performance and attendance incentives.
- Biweekly payments.
Schedule**: New Wave: August 24**
Training: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Operations: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
40-hour workweek with two consecutive days off.
