Colossal Academy is looking for an exceptional **Primary School Teacher** who combines strong academics with warmth, curiosity and a genuine respect for children.

The Role
At Colossal, the primary teacher is more than someone who delivers lessons. Teachers are **guides, coaches and designers of meaningful learning experiences**.
Learning is **interdisciplinary and connected to the real world**. A project might bring together science, mathematics, literacy, history, geography, technology and the arts around one meaningful question or challenge.
Students should be reading, writing, researching, discussing, building, experimenting, creating, presenting and reflecting—not simply completing worksheets.

- Has experience teaching primary-aged children
- Has strong classroom management and organizational skills

- Is comfortable with **inquiry-based, interdisciplinary and project-based learning**:

- Is reflective, flexible and interested in continuously improving their practice
Experience with **International Baccalaureate (IB), Reggio Emilia, Design Thinking, project-based learning or interdisciplinary education** is highly valued.
