Phase One Ventures in Mexico is seeking a product designer who will own end-to-end design for products that do not yet exist, starting with user interviews and finishing with flows, prototypes, and specs for engineering.
You will work directly with founders and engineers on multiple products, with no fixed playbook. You will define what gets built, then make it concrete enough to ship.
