Sales Account Manager — US E-commerce, Building Materials (Remote, LATAM)
Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Latin America with reliable internet.

We're BuildMyPlace — a fast-growing US e-commerce company selling everything for new construction and remodels: kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, doors, windows, tile, flooring, lighting. We sell to homeowners, contractors, and builders across the US, with a flagship 120,000 sq ft showroom in Louisville, Kentucky and a 200,000 sq ft warehouse.
We have over 100,000 customers in our database. Build relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners on their next project
Cross-sell across categories — a customer buying tile probably also needs grout, vanities, lighting
Manage your pipeline in Salesforce
Monthly SPIFFs: Cash bonuses for hitting revenue checkpoints throughout the month.
Quarterly SPIFFs: Trip prizes (international travel) and cash bonuses for top quarterly performers.
2+ years inside sales, telesales, or account management with US-based companies




~ Native or near-native English (you'll be on phone calls with American homeowners and contractors all day — accent is fine, fluency is not negotiable)
~ We want closers who push for the second sale and the third
~ Comfort with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Shopify
~ Reliable home office setup, US timezone availability

Experience selling to US contractors, builders, or trade professionals
You hate the call-center vibe of "follow this script"
You see customer relationships as a long game, not a transaction
You prefer email/chat to calls
Homeowners and contractors need this stuff.
No layers of middle management. Top performers become Senior AMs, Team Leads, or move into our bid/spec division calling on commercial contractors at $50-500K project sizes.
