We’re Hiring: Senior Active Directory & VMware Migration Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to lead a large‑scale infrastructure migration following a post‑merger environment consolidation.

What you’ll work on:

- Migrate 1,800+ legacy VMs into a consolidated environment
- Execute Active Directory domain consolidation
- Migrate workloads across VMware vSphere & vCenter
- Troubleshoot GPO, DNS, authentication, access & connectivity issues
- Work closely with the Infrastructure Lead to manage risks, dependencies & blockers

Must have:

- Hands‑on Active Directory domain migration experience
- Strong VMware vSphere & vCenter migration experience
- PowerShell automation for bulk migrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills across GPO, DNS & authentication
- Ability to independently own a migration workstream
- Located in Mexico, Colombia

Nice to have: Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, M&A; infrastructure consolidation, and multi‑site data center environments.

This is a migration‑focused role — we’re looking for someone who has actually led or executed large‑scale AD and VMware migrations, not only managed existing environments.
