Your deep knowledge of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and operational optimization will be instrumental in delivering transformative solutions for our clients. You will serve as both a trusted advisor to client leadership and a mentor to our junior team members.

Provide expert guidance on supply chain optimization, inventory management, manufacturing processes, and logistics
Develop, mentor and manage team members and provide technical guidance across projects




Build models and conduct data analysis to quantify impact of operational improvements
Serve as a thought leader representing Pelagic's operational expertise in client meetings and industry forums

~ 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or related fields in a leadership capacity
~manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, process optimization)
~ Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making approach
~ Excellent people and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
~ Superior communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at executive level
~ Experience with operational technology systems, ERP implementations, or digital transformation initiatives
~ Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
~ Six Sigma, Lean, PMP) is a plus
