The successful candidate will apply strong fundamentals in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and numerical methods to develop, validate, and optimize HVAC/R system models, working closely with global engineering and product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HVAC system and component calculation models, including:Model requirement definitionTest plan developmentVerification and validationImplement engineering algorithms and numerical methods to support performance prediction and product behaviorDevelop and maintain calculation software in Fortran-based and C#)Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development Engineering, and integral teams to translate customer and product requirements into engineering modelsEnsure model accuracy, robustness, and maintainability through validation and continuous improvementDocument modeling assumptions, methods,
