What will you do? Monitor assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts Contact customers to follow up on past-due balances Develop action plans to recover payments Negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records Collaborate with Credit and Customer Service teams Manage key customer portfolios and ensure healthy aging metrics What are we looking for?
