We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with a strong manufacturing background who is ready to take on the challenge of actively participating in the start-up and stabilization of a new operation . This role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in the installation, definition, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in plant start-up activities and new product launches .
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Prepare and follow up on APQP, PPAP, and SPC documentation .
Define process parameters and ensure their proper implementation in production.
Participate in the installation, start-up, and validation of machinery and equipment.
Use AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for design, layouts, and process improvements.
Provide hands-on technical support on the production floor for troubleshooting and process stabilization.
Support activities related to PLC control and troubleshooting .
Coordinate and follow up with personnel involved in assigned operations and projects.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing companies, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven experience in plant start-ups and/or new product launches .
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and SPC .
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks .
Experience with plastic injection molding and/or metalworking processes .
Knowledge of PLC control systems .
Previous team management experience .
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency .
Valid passport is required .
Valid U.S. visa is preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
