EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Chemistry NOTICE PERIOD 1 month / Immediate General Description: Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the LATAM +Mexico sales strategy for the personal care ingredients portfolio Recruit, coach, and manage ateam of Business Development Executives; set targets and review pipelineperformance Own and grow relationships withkey strategic accounts across LATAM, including Mexico Forecast regional sales andreport on performance against targets to senior leadership Negotiate high-value supplyagreements and pricing structures Represent the company at seniorlevel at regional industry trade shows and conferences Liaise with manufacturing, R& D, and regulatory teams (including HQ) to align supply with market demand Requirements Minimum 6 years of B2 B salesexperience,
