In this role, you will act as a problem solver and design innovator, collaborating with colleagues to identify issues and develop competitive solutions.
You will create technical design proposals using applicable tools, documenting your work with drawings, electrical diagrams, calculations, and product models to ensure compliance with legal requirements, codes, and standards.



You will be expected to verify and validate your own designs, developing concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to support implementation into operations. Maintaining and updating existing designs will also be part of your responsibilities, including executing corrective or preventive actions when needed.
Supporting agile ways of working, you will follow solution creation practices, participate in sprint and quarterly planning, and collaborate actively with software teams and other disciplines. You will identify and report technical and schedule risks, while creating and maintaining product data in line with PDM/PLM guidelines. Additionally, you will continuously improve your own know-how and share expertise with colleagues, strengthening organizational capability and embedding a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
