We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Lead Data Engineer to play a key role in a critical data platform migration initiative. In this role, you will lead a team of talented data engineers in transitioning our existing data infrastructure from PySpark, Athena, and BigQuery to a modern stack centered around dbt and Snowflake, with Airflow for orchestration. You will be responsible for defining the frameworks, architecting scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality and governance, and mentoring the team throughout this transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and expectations.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Create visually appealing and user-centered interfaces that align with business goals, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
- Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback throughout the design process.
