As a Bilingual Data Entry Clerk, you will work for the Data Control Department. You are responsible for product management. Specific duties include overseeing product life cycle management, tracking product inventory and discontinuation, helping with product launches, doing appropriate data, and upload. They will work to complete a variety of tasks which support the smooth operations of the Ecommerce Product Uploading Team and the Account Managers for our POD business.

Provide support for e-Commerce sites: direct to consumer and dropship

Maintain inventory levels and product listing

Oversee third-party fulfillment by maintaining inventory levels and product assortments

Assist with day-to-day site maintenance and content changes

Coordinate project list for all e-commerce development projects

Responsible for new product creation and ensuring accuracy of all product information on the sites





Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy for online location

Requesting product images per customer specifications

Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's Degree from accredited college or High School diploma

Data Entry prior experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Intermediate-Advanced English level
