Position：Senior HR Specialist




Assist in formulating and adjusting the annual recruitment plans per business needs;
# Responsible for the developing and maintaining of the recruitment channels, updates of the recruitment websites, job advertisement writing and posting, etc. Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to CV screening, interview arrangement and participation, background check, salary negotiation, offer issuance, etc.;
# Responsible for the application, review, control, reimbursement and reporting of the recruitment costs;
# Responsible for activating and following up of recruitment related process as required;
# Participate in recruitment events, conferences and job fairs as needed;
# Bachelor’s degree or above; majored in human resources, management or English;
# Minimum 3 (three) years recruitment experience;
# Spanish is a must as working language, good oral or written English or Chinese;
# Excellent writing skills, specializing in MS office software, especially Word, Excel and PPT;
