Goodyear is seeking The Manager Total Rewards Northern Cone to administer and enhance Total Rewards programs—Compensation, Benefits, Integral Mobility, and Rewards & Recognition. Hybrid role with 3–4 days in the office and travel to Ciudad de Mexico, San Luis Potosi, and El Salto – Jalisco.
You will develop metrics, insights, and data to support HR and business decisions, ensure policy alignment and compliance, and partner with HR leadership on strategic Total Rewards initiatives.
