As an Epic Systems Support Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Managed Services practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with client needs and strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be at the forefront of driving client success through Epic consulting.

Responsibilities

Leading Epic software consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency

Analyzing client needs and implementing Epic software solutions to meet strategic objectives

Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Epic applications

Managing client support and fostering strong relationships to enhance service delivery

Guiding teams in the execution of digital healthcare transformation initiatives

Utilizing analytical reasoning and business analysis skills to drive business transformation

Overseeing electronic health record management and health information systems

Promoting the adoption of innovative healthcare technology solutions

Coordinating with teams to deliver strategic questioning and business management insights

Encouraging a culture of inclusion and embracing change within project teams

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor’s degree

At least 5 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree

Demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management

Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical reasoning in healthcare technology

Embracing digital transformation and business analysis for client support

Implementing technology solutions in health information systems (HIS)

Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team capabilities

Navigating digital healthcare initiatives with intellectual curiosity and creativity
