What are your contributions to the team? Oversee the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of production and service processes
Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operating methods to enhance efficiency
Establish, track, and drive performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
Identify optimization opportunities and lead end-to-end improvement projects
Promote a culture of operational excellence across teams and functions
Lead, develop, and engage a team of engineers and technical professionals
Set clear individual and team objectives and ensure performance follow-up
Plan, coordinate, and deliver industrial engineering projects on time and within budget
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
How to thrive in this role? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, if applicable
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
Proven experience in team management and leadership
Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Solid knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools
