¿Qué buscamos? Logistics Coordinator
What We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to oversee import, export, and domestic logistics operations across Mexico. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and team development while serving as a trusted partner to Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, and commercial stakeholders.
What Your Day Will Look Like Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. Coordinate import, export, and domestic transportation activities to ensure on-time and compliant deliveries. Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze trends, and communicate performance results to stakeholders across the organization.



Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, customer service, planning, and procurement teams. Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service, and cost optimization. Resolve logistics escalations, shipment delays, customs issues, and other operational challenges. Support reporting activities through ERP systems and advanced Excel-based analysis.

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging from operational to strategic audiences. Excellent prioritization and organizational capabilities in a dynamic environment.
