We are looking for bilingual English speakers with strong customer service skills ready to work from home.
You will manage account inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and deliver a high level of service on every interaction.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Handle inbound customer calls in English.
- Resolve inquiries related to account status and payments.
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Follow problem resolution procedures consistently.
**What We Are Looking For**
- High school diploma completed.
- B2 English level spoken and written.
- Strong customer service skills with at least 6 months of call center experience preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Full schedule availability Monday through Sunday from 07:00 to 19:00.
- Stable dedicated internet connection.
- Living in CDMX or Estado de Mexico.
**What You Will Earn**
- Starting salary of $75 MXN per hour.
