Agile Delivery Operations
Design and manage agile governance processes and tools across infrastructure product areas.

Mentor global team members in Agile and PMO practices to build a culture of continuous improvement.

Prioritization & Capacity Planning
In collaboration with the Agile Infrastructure Management Office, develop and run prioritization and capacity models that help guide trade-offs and decisions aligned with business goals.

Capacity Management & Reporting
Program & Project Management
Lead multi-year efforts with hands-on project deliverables, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely delivery.





Facilitate improvement initiatives and support strategic planning forums such as integral product boards, architecture councils, and vendor assessments.
7+ years of experience in IT operations, agile project delivery, or infrastructure transformation.
~ Proven experience managing global, distributed teams.
~ Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization.
~ Hands-on expertise with Azure Dev

Ops, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Share

Point, Project, Visio).
~ Familiarity with ITIL and all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
~ Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
~ Experience in Microsoft Cloud services or IT service management environments.

The ability to translate technical and business needs into clear frameworks and visuals for senior leadership.
A consultative mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence through agile practices.
