As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the field service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will report directly to our management team and you’ll work out of our Monterrey location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and business growth by ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective team management in the field service operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the field service team to deliver timely and effective service to customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians to resolve complex issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service operations.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,



Controls Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent field service experience may be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems, field service engineering, Application Engineering or technical service support
- Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, BMS and BAS and control platforms. / Niagara framework
- Experience in a leadership role within field service or technical service management.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles related to field service.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- Experience with service delivery optimization and driving process improvements.
