Social Media Manager (DTC Fitness Brand | Organic Social & Creator Marketing)

based direct-to-consumer (DTC) wellness brand redefining the performance supplement space with innovative products designed for today's fitness-focused consumers. With a strong presence across Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, Instagram, and other social platforms, we're building a content-first brand fueled by creativity, community, and creator partnerships.

They're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to take ownership of our organic social presence and help scale our brand across multiple platforms.

Part-Time: Approximately 15 hours per week

Fully Remote

As our Social Media Manager, you'll own the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of our social media channels while serving as one of the primary faces of the brand. In addition to developing content strategy and managing community engagement, you'll regularly appear in short-form videos for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.

You'll help bring the brand's personality to life by creating authentic, engaging, and trend-driven content that resonates with a U.S. social media culture, especially within fitness, wellness, and lifestyle communities, and enjoys taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.

Own and manage the content calendar across Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize organic social content.
Edit and repurpose short-form video content from existing footage.
Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with current trends.
Source, evaluate, and manage UGC creators and influencer partnerships.
Support the relaunch and ongoing management of our Tik Tok Shop affiliate program.
Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.




Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to execute growth initiatives.
Serve as an on-camera personality for the brand by creating engaging short-form video content.
Record product demonstrations, trend-based videos, educational content, lifestyle content, and reactive social media content.

Develop authentic, personality-driven content that aligns with the brand's voice and appeals to U. Stay comfortable filming independently using a smartphone or camera with minimal production support.

3+ years of experience managing social media for DTC or consumer brands.

~ Background in fitness, wellness, supplements, lifestyle, or other consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
~ Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content strategy.
~ Excellent written and spoken English.
~ Experience creating and maintaining structured content calendars.
~ Strong organizational and project management skills.
~ Ability to communicate confidently in fluent English while creating consumer-facing content.

~ Experience creating short-form videos for Tik Tok and Instagram Reels, either for a brand or on a personal creator account.

Experience with Tik Tok Shop and affiliate or creator programs.
Experience collaborating with influencers and UGC creators.
Familiarity with Shopify and DTC eCommerce brands.

Experience using scheduling and project management tools such as Later, Planable, Notion, Asana, Click Up, or similar.

You don't need to be a professional influencer, but you should feel confident creating engaging videos, speaking directly to the camera, and representing the brand across social media.

You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning your work with minimal supervision. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building brands through authentic, engaging social content.
