Role Overview
As a SAP FICO - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of SAP applications.
Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your versatile knowledge to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution,
and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
Leading SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to enhance business processes
Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
Developing and executing project plans, including budgeting and timeline management
Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
Collaborating with leadership to maintain collective ownership of project deliverables and timelines
Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system interactions and improve client solutions
Encouraging innovation and embracing emerging technologies to enhance service delivery
Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Management experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Best Practice and SAP ERP
Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business model development
Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting
Embracing emerging technologies to enhance service delivery
Developing training materials to support team growth and innovation
