Within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance compliance and mitigate risks. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their needs.As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. e-signature, amendments, and system of record upload, confirming accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while maintaining high-volume efficiencyCreating, processing, and executing HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templatesReviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliantMonitoring contractual risk and implementing mitigation strategiesCollaborating with teams to manage master agreements and contractual obligationsHandling confidential information with discretion and professionalismEngaging in contract review processes to identify potential risks and opportunitiesSupporting client interactions by providing insights on contractual terms and conditionsUtilizing contractual risk monitoring techniques to enhance complianceParticipating in team efforts to improve contract management processesWhat You Must HaveAt least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 2 year(s) of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consultingOral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You ApartUnderstanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.G., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.G., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign)Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment managementDemonstrating proficiency in contract review and contractual risk mitigationExcelling in communication and active listening within client support environmentsUtilizing skills in handling confidential information and master agreementsDeveloping knowledge in health services industry and advisory rolesParticipating in teamwork to support managed services operationsBuilding a personal brand through adaptability and reliability in fast-paced settingsTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End Date#J-18808-Ljbffr
